Growth Team

A Growth Team tests new ideas in timed sprints to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The team works in continuous iteration, with all of the necessary skills and tools to deliver independently. Teams are cross-functional and strive for long-term growth in the direction of a client’s North Star, shedding opinions and following data in a continuous process of detecting and responding to consumer expectations.
